Okay, first you should join GUTS (if you haven't already). Go to www.getguts.com for info. Then you should run the Atlanta Fat Ass on Jan. 3 at Kennesaw. You don't have to run the whole 50K. Some folks go for the Half Ass.
You know about Red Top. There's another half at Sweetwater the week after Red Top. That would be good prep for the 50K and a chance to see the Sweetwater trails.
The SweetH2O 50K is a blast and you'll have a great time at that one. Highly recommended.
OK, have joined GUTS. will renew soon. Have RSVPed for the christmas party to meet more folks. I am doing a trail marathon in Black Mtn, NC in Feb. (this is my 2nd marathon).
Of course - always the questions about training - any info to write - that would be great!!
